Hi. I am glad you are here. I am a psychotherapist and a certified professional coach with over 30 years of helping humans. I have worked in a variety of settings from hospitals, residential treatment, community mental health and parenting centers. I am now dedicated to my full-time private practice, both in person and virtaully, offering a range of modalities: Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Somatic and Breath work and Mindfulness approaches, inform my practice. I work with high school students, young adults and adults, in individual, couple and parent coaching. I bring sincerity, authenticity, warmth, curiosity and a high degree of professionalism into the therapeutic space to co-create a client centered experience that fosters opportunities for long lasting growth and deep self-knowledge to facilitate change.
